Dumbledore--- A type of bee.
------------------------------------------------------
Hmnn...to be or not to dumbledore?.. that is the question.....
I've never seen a dumbledore..I never hope to bee one?
So to me..a dumbledore sounds like a bee who is not the sharpest tool in the shed...if I were a bee I would not choose to be a dumbledore...
but alas..we just have to go with what we are given right?
Rock on dumbledores of the universe...Fly baby FLY :)!!!!!

Bobby Barbequer Sock Monkey
My name is Bobby Barbequer
Sometimes I get a little cranky
I might just poke you with my skewer
And if you're cute I'll let you spank me!
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥ ♥ ♥ ♥♥
My friend Bobby asked me to make him a sock monkey. We have known each other for over 30 years...I always tease him and tell him he sounds a little "cranky" and I tell him things like "Dude! Turn that frown upside down.." He works with me at the furniture store but he also does catering and makes some killer BBQ sauce that he labels as "Bad To The Bone". I think he will like his monkey :)

Recycled Container For Succulents Memorial Day Fun
I hope you all have had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!
The weather here in Bakersfield has been fantastic and I spent a lot of time outside in my little garden this weekend. I love getting my hands dirty and had so much fun with our dogs out in the yard while I was working..I laughed soo much this weekend ..and what a great time it has been---
am getting ready to make a marinade for some fish tacos---but I wanted to share with you
a recycled container that I did today---- I really like the end results :)
I had this "waterfall " piece that the pump went out on awhile back---I didn't throw it away--I knew it could be re-purposed for something---
today--hubby drilled some drain holes and I filled it up with succulents and moss---- and I really like it better now than when the "waterfall" was actually working :)

1910 Ford Model R 100 Year Old Thoughts For The Day
I got this e-mail today ...and even though I have lots of old antique and vintage stuff..and love the blasts from the past....reading this E-mail was really a kick and I wanted to share it with you here
Show this to your friends, children and/or grandchildren!
" This will boggle your mind, I know it did mine!
The year is 1910 One hundred one years ago. What a difference a century makes!
Here are some statistics for the Year 1910:
************ ********* ************
The average life expectancy for men was 47 years.
Fuel for this car was sold in drug stores only.
Only 14 percent of the homes had a bathtub.
Only 8 percent of the homes had a telephone.
There were only 8,000 cars and only 144 miles of paved roads.
The maximum speed limit in most cities was 10 mph.
The tallest structure in the world was the Eiffel Tower !
The average US wage in 1910 was 22 cents per hour.
The average US worker made between $200 and $400 per year.
A competent accountant could expect to earn $2000 per year, A dentist $2,500 per year, a veterinarian
between $1,500 and $4,000 per year, and a mechanical engineer about $5,000 per year.
More than 95 percent of all births took place at HOME.
Ninety percent of all Doctors had NO COLLEGE EDUCATION!
Instead, they attended so-called medical schools, many of which were condemned in the press '
Sugar cost four cents a pound.
Eggs were fourteen cents a dozen.
Coffee was fifteen cents a pound.
Most women only washed their hair once a month, and used Borax or egg yolks for shampoo.
Canada passed a law that prohibited poor people from entering into their country for any reason.
The Five leading causes of death were:
1. Pneumonia and influenza
2. Tuberculosis
3. Diarrhea
4. Heart disease
5. Stroke
The American flag had 45 stars.
The population of Las Vegas , Nevada , was only 30!
Crossword puzzles, canned beer, and iced tea hadn't been invented yet.
There was no Mother's Day or Father's Day.
Two out of every 10 adults couldn't read or write and only 6 percent of all Americans had graduated from high school.
Marijuana, heroin, and morphine were all available over the counter at the local corner drugstores.
Back then pharmacists said, 'Heroin clears the complexion, gives buoyancy to the mind, regulates the stomach and bowels, and is, in fact, a perfect guardian of health'
( Shocking? DUH! )
Eighteen percent of households had at least one full-time servant or domestic help.
There were about 230 reported murders in the ENTIRE U. S. A. !
I am now going to forward this to someone else without typing it myself. From there, it will be sent to others all over the WORLD - all in a matter of seconds!
Try to imagine what it may be like in another 100 years."
