Lackawanna Pants Quality Trousers recycled vintage kitsch blue one of a kind necklace from Spanky Luvs Vintage

An old cloth measuring tape was the starting point for this blue hues necklace.
I poured a little resin on top of the "Lackawanna Pants Mfg. co" vintage tag and added an old rhinestone button to the tape. The charm dangler is made from an old thimble and a very old crest vintage earring and some vintage beads and charms. I added some blue plastic recycled beads and a couple of metal findings that I purchased here awhile back on Etsy. Some vintage chain and a couple more vintage buttons finished the piece.
The necklace is 24" long and the charm dangler is 4" tall.
