Wearable succulents?

I just found this seller on the Etsy front page

I luv plants and succulents...and the sellers' sale is for the package to plant them..and I am wondering..how do you keep these alive? No drainage and the tiny little seller packages  to contain them...????  Am I missing something or are the pics just a "Wish" if only you have the proper green thumb?  What is the secret to make these plants actually survive and make them wearable more than one time in this sellers packs?
