RE-Selling On Etsy Since 2009....Only One Etsy Reseller Example This Eve

I have seen on some  of the forums where many "posters" keep talking about  about how if you report re-sellers on Etsy that they will "soon" vanish...but I  sadly know this is not true...
there are too many $$$$$ signs on the horizon peeps
and that is what is really going on IMHO
I just want to give one example here....
(the re-seller at the top of my "search" list when I Just now keyed in "handmade pocket watch necklace" on Etsy)

Owl Watch Necklace- Leaf and Hoots

This is one of their items that is on Etsy
 and has been on Etsy since 2009 listed in the "Handmade" category...did you notice the part about
when you look on the details of the item it says " Handmade by ninexmuse" ?
Hhmmmnnn...how many people do you think have reported this re-seller shop to Etsy admin since 2009? And the shop is still there thriving and selling tonight?  Their excuse is that the re-sellers re-open under different names....but a very simple search finds this re-seller at the top of the page and this re-seller has ACTUALLY  been in business there since 2009???????????......HMMMNNZZZZ
Something is very wrong with this picture LOL!( but it makes me sad at the same time )
